Accessing Teamgage with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enabled

If your organisation has enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you’ll be required to use an additional verification step when logging in. This enhances the security of your Teamgage account.

When MFA is enabled, you’ll log in using:
  1. Your password, and
  2. A 6-digit verification code generated by an authenticator app or sent via SMS
Warning
If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA is managed by your SSO provider, not Teamgage. This guide does not apply in that case.
