Can’t Access Your Huddle Results Dashboard?
If you’re having trouble accessing your Huddle Results Dashboard, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
How to access your team Huddle Results Dashboard
- Follow the link in your Teamgage notification, or
- Log into Teamgage directly using this link
If you can’t find your notification email, check your junk folder or your “Other” (non-focused) inbox. You can also mark mail@teamgage.com as a safe sender to prevent future emails being filtered.
Check your access and login details
Make sure the following are correct:
- You have been assigned access to the relevant team(s) results
- You are logging in using your primary email address
- Alternatively, you are using your organisation’s Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials
Forgotten your password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Teamgage password reset option.
