Character limit on Teamgage Huddle comments

When you are asked to complete your Teamgage submission, as well as completing scores for the gauges, you will also be given the option to add comments.  There is a limit of 180 characters per comment that you make.
This is done on purpose.
The Teamgage process is focused on completing your submission for your team, sharing your results as a team and coming up with actions for improvement as a team.

When you complete your next Teamgage submission, add at least 2-3 comments that are focused on improvement ideas and conversation starters to be discussed at your next team meeting.  The comment field is limited to 180 characters as this is only the start of the Teamgage improvement process and we hope you can use this field to generate some ideas, promote team discussion or even praise one of your colleagues.
