The comment field in Teamgage Huddle is limited to 180 characters.

  2. Improving Huddle completion rates: Lengthy comments can deter respondents from completing their feedback. A 180-character limit helps keep the feedback concise and engaging, increasing completion rates.

  3. Ease of analysis: Shorter comments are easier to review and analyse. This allows leaders to extract valuable insights efficiently and identify trends across responses.

Best practices for Huddle comments:

  1. Focus on key points: Identify the most critical aspects of your feedback and prioritise them in your comment.

  2. Be clear and specific: Use concise language to convey your message clearly. Avoid vague or ambiguous statements.

  3. Provide actionable insights: Offer suggestions or solutions whenever possible to help drive meaningful change based on your feedback.

When you complete your next Teamgage submission, add at least 2-3 comments that are focused on improvement ideas and conversation starters to promote discussion in your team. Note you are limited to do one comment per metric (including General) per submission.
