Editing a Heatmap

Editing a Heatmap

After creating a Heatmap, you may need to update the report as your organisation changes or as your reporting needs evolve.
For example, you may want to:
  1. Add or remove teams included in the Heatmap
  2. Change the Metric Set or Survey being displayed
  3. Update the Heatmap name
  4. Adjust who has access to view the results
You do not need to create a new Heatmap each time. Existing Heatmaps can be updated at any time.

How to Edit a Heatmap

  1. Log into the Teamgage platform
  2. Select Heatmaps from the left-hand navigation
  3. Find the Heatmap you want to update
  4. Under Actions, select Edit
  5. Make the required changes, including:
    1. Name – update the Heatmap name
    2. What Should We Show? – change whether the Heatmap displays Huddle results, Survey results or both
    3. Metric Set or Survey – update the results being displayed
    4. Teams – add or remove teams included in the Heatmap
      1. Auto-populate sub-teams – enable or disable automatic inclusion of child teams
    5. Viewers – update who can access the Heatmap and their permissions
  6. Click Save
