Exporting Results from a Heatmap

Want to do further analysis? You can export your Heatmap results. This export is available for both your Huddle and Survey heatmap reports.

How to export your Heatmap

  1. Launch your Heatmap
  2. Set the time frame
    1. Huddle Heatmap: Set Date & Compare to 
    2. Survey Heatmap: Set Compare to
  3. Tap the download icon in the top right corner (it looks like this ).
  4. Download the export by clicking on the File or Download File

Here's what it looks like 


What is in the export?

The export will be a spreadsheet with a breakdown of the data that makes up your report, including the:
  1. Teams included in the report
  2. Team members and/or number of survey recipients 
  3. Huddle submission rate and/or survey response rates
  4. Huddle combined score and/or survey overall score
  5. Metric scores and/or scorable survey questions
