Exporting Results from a Heatmap

Exporting Results from a Heatmap

Heatmaps provide a quick way to compare results across teams, but you may want to perform additional analysis or combine your results with other organisational data.
You can export your Heatmap results into a spreadsheet for further analysis, reporting or sharing. Exports are available for both Huddle and Survey Heatmap reports.

How to Export Your Heatmap Results

  1. Log into the Teamgage platform
  2. Select Heatmaps from the left-hand navigation
  3. Find the Heatmap you want to export and click Report
  4. Set the timeframe and/or comparison period you would like included:
    1. Huddle Heatmap: Set the Date Range and Compare To options
    2. Survey Heatmap: Set the Survey and Compare To option
  5. Select the Export icon in the top-right corner
  6. A Job Details tab/window will open where you can download the completed export file

What is Included  in the Export?

The export provides a spreadsheet breakdown of the data displayed within your Heatmap report.
Depending on whether you are exporting Huddle or Survey results, the file may include:

  3. Huddle average scores and/or Survey overall scores
