Hiding Inappropriate or Offensive Comments in Teamgage

Hiding Inappropriate or Offensive Comments in Teamgage

At Teamgage, transparency and anonymity are core to the feedback experience. Anonymity empowers team members to share honest feedback, raise concerns and provide insights that help organisations improve.
There may be rare occasions where a Leader or Administrator decides a comment should not be visible to the wider team. This may be because the comment contains sensitive information, inappropriate content or material that is not suitable to share more broadly.
Teamgage does not automatically remove comments. Decisions about whether a comment should be hidden are managed by your organisation, allowing Leaders and Administrators to apply the appropriate context and judgement.

When hiding a comment, you will be asked to select a reason and can provide additional context. You can also choose to offer the original submitter the opportunity to start a private, anonymous conversation. This allows the submitter to ask questions, provide further context or continue the discussion while maintaining anonymity.
Participation in a conversation is completely optional. If the submitter chooses not to respond, no further action is required.
