How To Log Into Teamgage For The First Time
When you first log in to Teamgage, the process depends on how your organisation has set up access:
- With SSO (Single Sign-On): You’ll log in using your usual work credentials (e.g. Microsoft, Okta). No extra password is needed.
- Without SSO: You’ll create and use a separate Teamgage password.
No matter which option applies, you can log in either by following a Teamgage notification you’ve received or by going directly to the Teamgage login page. Below we’ll step you through both options.
Logging In With SSO
If your organisation has enabled SSO, you don’t need a separate Teamgage password.
- Click the link in your Teamgage notification (e.g. submission reminder, manager notification, or shared results), or go directly to the Teamgage login page
- Enter your work email address
- You’ll be redirected to your organisation’s standard login screen (e.g. Microsoft, Okta)
- Sign in with your usual work credentials
- You’ll be taken straight into Teamgage, no extra setup required
Logging In Without SSO
Via A Teamgage Notification
Depending on when you access the link within the notification will determine the steps you take.
Clicking the link within 24 hours of receiving the email:
- You will be directed to the password setting page
- Create a new password
- Once created, you will be taken into the platform
Clicking the link after 24 hours of receiving the email:
- You will be directed to a page that alerts you a new email has been sent to verify your account
- Click on the link within the new email you have just received
- You will then be directed to the password setting page
- Create a new password
- Once created, you will be taken into the platform
Via A Password Reset
- Navigate to the Teamgage homepage and sign in
- Enter in your work email address
- Enter a random password and click Next
- You will then receive an email to reset your password
- Subject - Teamgage Password Reset
- Sender - noreply@teamgage.com
- Click the link to Reset Your Password
- Enter your same work email and create your new password
- Click Reset Password
- Now you will be able to log in
