How To Log Into Teamgage For The First Time

This article is only for users who do not have Single Sign On (SSO) enabled for your organisations. If you would like to enable SSO please review our Single Sign On Options or contact support@teamgage.com.
Once you're set up as a user in Teamgage, you can log in using your work email address. There are two ways to access your account:
  1. Via a Teamgage notification
    1. i.e. shared results, implementation invitation or a manager notification
  2. Via a password reset
    1. If you haven't received a notification, you can go to the Teamgage login page and use the Forget Password option to set your password

Via a Teamgage Notification

If you received a notification (check your inbox or spam folders for an email sent from noreply@teamgage.com) and your organisation doesn't have SSO enabled, you will be prompted to create a password.
                  

Via a Password Reset

  1. Click Sign in
  2. Enter your email address (this will be your work email) and click Next
  3. Enter a random password, this will trigger a reset
  4. Find the Password Reset Request email in your inbox
    1. Subject: Password reset request
  5. Click the link to create a new password
  6. Enter your same work email and create your new password
  7. Click Reset Password
  8. Now you can login here
