How to log into Teamgage for the first time
This will only impact users in organisations which do not have Single Sign On (SSO) enabled, if you would like to enable SSO please review our Single Sign On Options or contact support@teamgage.com.
Once you are set up as a user in Teamgage you can use your email address to log in there are two options:
- via a notification (eg. shared results, implementation invitation, manager notification)
- via a password reset
How to log in for the first time via notification
If you received a notification to either view an implementation checklist, review results as a Manager or access shared results and your organisation doesn't have SSO enabled you will be prompted to create a password.
- You will be shown this page:
- Check your email inbox and spam folders for an email from noreply@teamgage.com
- Follow the link
- Create your password:
How to log in for the first time via a password reset
- Go to Teamgage Homepage
- Click Sign in
- Enter your email address (this will be your work email)
- Click Next
- Enter a random password, this will trigger a reset
- Find the Password Reset Request email in your inbox
- Subject: Password reset request
- Sender: noreply@teamgage.com
- Click the link to create a new password
- Enter your same work email and create your new password
- Click Reset Password
- Now you can login here
