How to Provide Access to a Heatmap
Once you have created a Heatmap, you can provide access to other leaders, managers or users who need to review the results.
By default, Heatmaps are available to Teamgage Administrators. Providing additional access allows you to share insights with the appropriate people while maintaining control over who can view or interact with the report.
Providing Access to a Heatmap
- Log into the Teamgage platform
- Select Heatmaps from the left-hand navigation
- Find the Heatmap you would like to share
- Under Actions, select Viewers
- Search and add the user who requires access
- Select the level of access you would like to provide:
- Advanced Filtering - allows the user to filter Heatmap results using the existing teams and/or demographic tags available within the organisation
- Can select other Metric Sets or Surveys – allows the user to change the Metric Set or Survey displayed within the Heatmap
- Click Save
