Using Automatic Metric Sets in Huddle

Using Automatic Metric Sets in Huddle

Within your results, you'll see an Automatic Metric Set option:

This automatically shows the results for all the metrics used in your selected date range.

Here's just a couple of examples of why this is useful:
  1. You're part of a small team that's recently started using a new set of Teamgage metrics, but you're reviewing results for the whole quarter. All metrics, both old and new, display automatically.
  2. You're a Senior Leader viewing results for your entire organisation. Different departments might use different metric sets, but results for them all display automatically in your entire org results.

"This metric is not used by everyone"

So keeping in mind the example above, how do you spot a metric that's been seen and answered by some people and not others? Look out for the  icon within your results:

Hover over the icon to see the number of responses that have fed into that metric and the percentage of this team it accounts for.

FAQS

Q: How do I see my team's specific Metric Set?
A: You can change the Metric Set on the Huddle Dashboard.

Q: Will every single metric used within a date range show up in my results?
A: The Metrics selected will be the top 27 metrics submitted to, ordered by sample size, so the most widely used Metrics are displayed first.
