Does Huddle provide industry benchmarks?

Does Huddle provide industry benchmarks?

We do not have specific industry benchmarks in place. Here is why:

  • Teamgage is designed to promote continuous insights so we encourage clients to use their own unique language and terminology in Teamgage. This ensure the process is relevant and engaging to submitters and fosters and sense of purpose and connection to strategic priorities and direction. This approach successfully obtains insights that are aligned with your own internal focus areas.
  • The benefits of continuous feedback and aligning it with your internal focus outweighs the benefits of external benchmark data.
  • If you need benchmarks they are better obtained through a standardised engagement survey, whereas Huddle is used to provide continuous and strategically focused insights
  • Every organisation using Teamgage Huddle uses their own unique language and terminology so benchmark data wouldn't serve as a like-for like comparison
Please reach out to support@teamgage.com if you have further questions.
