Assign a new Submission Card to an existing team member

Assign a Submission Card to a Team Member

Submission Cards are an option for frontline or off-site team members who don't have access to email. It allows them to submit feedback using the unique code on an allocated card, rather than a link sent via email, MS Teams or SMS.

You can assign a new Submission Card to an existing team member at any time - this is great if they've lost their current one. There are 2 approaches depending on how you do this:
  1. Let the system auto-assign the team member a new card
  2. Assign a specific card number to a specific team member

Let the system auto-assign the team member a new card

  1. Select Submission Card section from the left hand side-navigation menu
  2. Search for the team member in the list of submission cards
  3. Tap the Edit button
  4. Uncheck Active box  & Save*
  5. Return to the previous page with the list of Submission Cards
  6. Tap the Auto-Assign button - this is a new button that will now appear at the top of screen alongside the Export button.
  7. Done.
*this will remove the existing card (Eg. the lost one) from the user profile & prevent that card from being used again in the future

Assign a specific card number to a specific team member

  1. Log into your Teamgage Portal
  2. Select Submission Card section from the left hand side-navigation menu
  3. Search for the team member in the list of Submission Cards
  4. Tap the Edit button
  5. Uncheck Active box  & Save*
  6. Return to the previous page with the list of Submission Cards
  7. Type the card number in the search box
  8. Tap the Edit button
  9. Search for the team member's name in the Assign card to box
  10. Save
*this will remove the existing card (Eg. the lost one) from the user profile & prevent that card fromb being used again in the future
