How to send a SMS Huddle Notification

How to send Submission Notifications via SMS

Please note there is an additional fee to enable SMS notifications. If you can't select the SMS option under a user's 'Communication' options, please speak to your Teamgage Customer Success Manager or contact our Support Team (support@teamgage.com).

How to add a mobile number to a user's profile:

  1. Click on Users > List in the side navigation.
  2. Find the user's profile (you can use the search bar at the top of the page)
  3. Under the Actions column, click the Edit button to view a user's details.
  4. Update the Mobile field (e.g. 5555-555-555)
  5. Click Save.

How to change user's Communication Method to SMS

  1. Click on Users > List in the side navigation.
  2. Find the user's profile (you can use the search bar at the top of the page)
  3. Under the Actions column, click the Edit button to view a user's details.
  4. On the profile options, select Communication tab
  5. Under Type select 'SMS'
  6. Click Save.
