The Teamgage Academy is a premium service for Teamgage subscription customers. It's designed to provide a higher level of learning, coaching and support to Managers to help them improve their teams, in line with the Teamgage process.

With the Teamgage Academy turned on, all your Managers will see new one-click options in their Teamgage report for "View online courses" and "Ask a coach".
View online courses
Using a new quick and simple interface, Managers can access a range of on-demand video courses. These are split across 3 levels to meet the needs of Managers at different experience levels covering topics like:
- The Teamgage Improvement Process
- Creating Engaged Teams
- How to be a Great Leader
- Motivating Your People
- Navigating Difficult Conversations
Ask a coach
Managers will have the ability to privately ask questions with a team engagement coach, either via email or virtual meetings. This is a powerful tool for helping to guide Managers and build their confidence when engaging their teams. Managers will also have the ability to ask a team engagement expert to analyse their report and provide personalised recommendations for improving engagement.
