Using the Huddle Activity Tab

The Activity tab in your team's Dashboard gives you a simple & beautiful overview of how your team is using Teamgage month-to-month. You can use the Activity tab to see:
  1. how successfully your team is completing the full Huddle Improvement Cycle (Eg. Submit, Meet & Discuss, Create Actions, Repeat)
  2. actual Response Rate for the month
  3. the number of team meetings your having to discuss how you're working together as a team
  4. how often Results are being viewed
  5. the number of Comments each month
  6. the number of Actions you’re creating as a team.

How to view your team's Activity in Huddle

  1. Log into the Teamgage Portal
  2. Open your Team's Results Dashboard
  3. Choose the Activity tab
  4. Set the Date as required

  1. Improvement cycle : This tile summarises the activity of the team in terms of the feedback loop. The circle will be green if the team meets the minimum suggested response rate, report views, meetings held and actions created.
  2. Response rate : The distribution of the response rate and the total count of submissions. Response rate refers to the number of people whose Huddle submission counts towards your team's results.
  3. Report views : The distribution and total of the report views for this team. A report view is counted when Manager view is selected on the Huddle launch page.
  4. Meetings held : The distribution and total count of meetings held for this team. A meeting is counted when Team view is selected on the Huddle launch page.
  5. Comments made : The distribution and total count of comments made.
  6. Actions created : The distribution and total count of actions created.
