Using the Huddle Activity Tab

The Activity tab in your Team Dashboard provides a simple, visual overview of how your team is using Teamgage over time. It shows activity month-by-month for the date range you select, helping you understand engagement, participation, and system usage trends at a glance.

What you can view in the Activity tab

The Activity tab includes bar graphs showing trends across:
  1. Scores and comments
  2. Response rate and submissions
  3. Leader engagement with results shared, viewed, actions created, completed and Sidekick analysis 
  4. Team membership changes

How to view your team's Activity

  1. Log into the Teamgage platform
  2. Go to Huddle>Results from the left hand side navigation
  3. Select the team you would like to view results for
  4. Open the Activity tab
  5. Set the required Date Range

Here's What It Looks Like 


Graphs in the Activity tab

Each tile in the Activity tab displays a bar graph showing either the total or average value of a specific measure over time.
  1. Average Score - Shows the monthly distribution and average score for the selected date range
  2. Response Rate - Shows the response rate distribution for each month in the selected date range
  3. Comments - Shows the total number of comments made each month
  4. Submissions - Shows the total number of submissions made each month
  5. Comments per submission - Shows the average number of comments per submission each month
  6. Results shared - Shows the total number of times leaders shared results for the team and sub-teams each month
  7. Report views - Shows the total number of times the report was viewed by the team and sub-teams each month
  8. Views of shared results - Shows the total number of views of shared results by team members each month
  9. Actions created - Shows the total number of actions created by the team and sub-teams each month
  10. People in - Shows the number of team members added each month
  11. Actions completed - Shows the total number of actions completed by the team and sub-teams each month
  12. People out - Shows the number of team members removed each month
  13. Sidekick analyses - Shows the number of times Sidekick has been run on results each month
  14. People left - Shows the number of team members who left the organisation each month
