Using the Huddle Activity Tab

The Activity tab in your team's Dashboard gives you a simple & beautiful overview of how your team is using Teamgage month-to-month in the date range you select. You can use the Activity tab to see a bar graph summarising:
  1. the Scores and Comments
  2. the Response Rate and Submissions
  3. the Results being shared, viewed and analysed by Sidekick
  4. the number of Actions you created and complted as a team
  5. the team membership changes
  6. the number of Actions you've completed as a team

How to view your team's Activity in Huddle

  1. Log into the Teamgage Portal
  2. Open your Team's Results Dashboard
  3. Choose the Activity tab
  4. Set the Date Range as required

Graphs in the Activity tab

Each tile in the Activity tab displays a bar graph of the distribution of either the total or average of the following measures:
  1. Average Score : The distribution and the average combined score each month in the date range selected.
  2. Comments made : The distribution and total count of comments made each month in the date range selected.
  3. Comments per submission : The distribution and average comments made per submission each month in the date range selected.
  4. Report views : The distribution and total of the report views for this team and its sub-teams each month in the date range selected.
  5. Actions created : The distribution and total count of actions created for this team and its sub-teams each month in the date range selected.
  6. Actions completed : The distribution and total count of actions completed for this team and its sub-teams each month in the date range selected.
  7. Sidekick Analyses : The distribution and total count of Sidekick Analyses run for this team and its sub-teams each month in the date range selected.
  8. Response rate : The distribution and the total response rate each month in the date range selected.
  9. Submissions : The distribution and total count of submission made each month in the date range selected.
  10. Results Shared : The distribution and total count of results shared by leaders for this team and its sub-teams each month in the date range selected.
  11. Views of Shared Results : The distribution and total count of views of shared results by team members for this team and its sub-teams each month in the date range selected.
  12. People In : The distribution and total count of team members added to this team each month in the date range selected.
  13. People Out : The distribution and total count of team members removed from this team each month in the date range selected.
  14. People Left : The distribution and total count of team members who have left the organisation from this team each month in the date range selected.
