Outdated Browsers

Teamgage seeks to provide users with a secure and modern user experience. To make this possible, we recommend using an up-to-date web browser.

If an outdated or obsolete web browser is being used, then users may experience problems when using Teamgage. Web technology has changed a lot in the last 5 years, and older software may be missing security improvements, performance enhancements, and other features which enable us to provide you with a great user experience.

Teamgage supports the latest version of modern browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari (on Mac/iOS).

For the best experience, make sure that the latest software updates have been installed on the affected device. Most modern browsers will automatically install new updates when they are available. If you are encountering problems, or find that updates are not being installed, please consider:
  1. Restarting the device, to allow updates to install.
  2. Contacting your IT department. Your organisation may control when (and if) updates are installed on your device, and it is possible that automatic updates may be turned off.
  3. Using a different device. Older devices (such as the iPhone 7) may be too old to install the latest software updates.
Please note that since 2021, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge Legacy are no longer supported. Learn more.
