Understanding Team Member Changes in Huddle
Teamgage tracks changes in team membership over time so you can understand how movement in and out of teams may be influencing engagement results.
These insights help you interpret results in context, particularly when reviewing trends across different time periods.
What Member Changes Show You
Member change data compares your team at two points in time:
- The current selected date range
- A comparison period
This helps identify:
- How many people have joined the team
- How many people have left the team
- How team composition may have changed over time
Where You Can See Member Changes
Member change data is available in:
- Huddle Dashboard (when comparing date ranges)

- Heatmap views (for users with access)

How This Data Is Calculated
Teamgage records when users are:
- Added to the system or a team
- Removed from a team or the organisation
These timestamps are used to calculate movement in and out of teams over time, whether changes are made manually or via data imports.
