Understanding User History
The User History tab provides an audit trail of important changes made to a user's profile over time.
This information helps administrators understand how a user's profile has changed and can be useful when investigating access issues, team changes, or administrative updates.
What Can I See in User History?
The User History tab records important events relating to a user's Teamgage profile, including:
- User account creation
- Team membership changes
- Results access changes
- Manager assignments
- Communication preference updates
- Other profile and administrative changes
How to View User History
- Log into the Teamgage platform
- Go to Users from the left-hand navigation
- Search for the user
- Click Edit User
- Select the User History tab
