Using Teamgage Conversations as a Submitter
If a leader or administrator replies to one of your anonymous comments in Teamgage, a secure Teamgage Conversation will be created. These conversations allow you to safely continue the discussion while remaining completely anonymous.
Participation is always optional, and your identity is never revealed.
Accessing & Replying to a Conversation
When a conversation is started, you will receive a notification. To access the conversation:
- Open the Notification
- Click the Link provided to open the conversation thread
- Type your message in the Reply as anonymous submitter field
- Click the Send icon

How To Delete a Message
If you need to remove a message after sending it:
- Open the conversation
- Click the three-dot menu
- Select Delete

Your identity is never revealed during a Teamgage Conversation.
No matter how many replies are exchanged, Teamgage Shield ensures all conversations remain anonymous and secure.
