Using the Huddle Shared Results Report

Unlock the visibility around the teams sharing results within your organisation.

How to access the shared results report

      1. Log into Teamgage
      2. Select Activity > Shared Results

Here's what it looks like


Actions

From the Shared Results page you can complete the following actions:
  1. View share : Allows you to access the Shared Results the team members see.
  2. Deactivate link : Stops team members from accessing the Shared Results.
  3. Unshare comments : Remove access to comments linked to an active Shared Results.
  4. Activate a link : Reactivate an old Shared Results link.
  5. Share comments : Add the ability for comments to be seen via an active Shared Results link.

Advanced Sort Features

  1. Date shared: Order shared results by the date they were shared.
  2. Team : Order shared results by the team they were sent to.
  3. Shared by : Order shared results by the manager who shared them.
  4. Message : Order shared results by whether a message was included.
  5. Comments : Order shared results by whether comments were included.
  6. Result range : Order shared results by the date range set for the results.
  7. Comparison range : Order shared results by the date range set for the comparison.
  8. Active : Order shared results by whether the link is still active.
