How to personalise dynamic metric comment prompts
Add dynamic comment prompts to each metric based on the submitters rating. Use our defaults or personalise to draw out specific insights.
- Log into Teamgage
- Click on Tools & Setup> Metrics from the left-hand navigation
- Select Edit next to the Metric you want to customise
- Add in the Comment Placeholder Text for each rating
- Save
Here's what it looks like
We have set the default dynamic comment prompts to be as follows:
- First load: Comment or idea (optional)
- Red: Please tell us more (optional)
- Yellow: Comment or idea (optional)
- Green: Win, praise or idea (optional)
When a submitter first opens the submission page they will see the default Comment Placeholder Text. Then depending on their rating they will be shown the Comment Placeholder Text of each colour:
- Red: Rating metric less than 34
- Yellow: Ratings between 34 and 69
- Green: Ratings above 69
