How to use Sidekick Analysis (AI) Responsibly
The Teamgage Huddle feature called Sidekick uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to summarise your Huddle dashboard results. Before using Artificial Intelligence it is import to know what it is and how to use it responsibly.
What is AI?
Technology that enables cimputers and machines to simulate human learning, comprehension, problem solving, decision making, creativity and autonomy.
What is Responsible AI?
Responsible AI aims to embed ethical principles into AI applications and workflows to mitigate risks and negative outcomes associated with the use of AI, while maximising positive outcomes.
What is Responsible AI Framework?
- Identify Risks
- source and age of data
- who does the data represent? who isn't represented?
- how was the data collected?
- why was the data collected?
- is the data free from bias? - Assess Level of Risk
- impact of risk
- likelihood of risk - Mitigate Risks
- confirm information received by AI
- be aware of bias of data given to AI
How to use Sidekick Responsibly?
- Check the comment references to confirm analysis or suggested actions
- Use your judgement to assess reasonableness of suggested actions before taking them
- Manage access to Sidekick by limiting to specific roles within your organisation for example Managers
- Invite your managers to attend our weekly leader training - register here
- Rate your Sidekick analysis to escalate any issues to our team or contact support@teamgage.com directly
- Encourage your managers to challenge Sidekick's analysis
