Using Huddle Annotations on the Timeline

Annotations allow you to mark significant events, milestones and important notes. With Annotations you can provide context and insights at specific points, making it easier for your team to understand with historical context and the rationale behind key actions. Whether its highlighting a critical deadline, noting a major achievement, or documenting important changes, Annotations help keep everyone on the same page.

How to add an Annotation

  1. Go into your Teams Results
  2. Click on the Timeline tab
  3. Select Annotations in the top right corner
  4. Click + Add an annotation
  5. Fill in the details:
    1. write your annotation
    2. choose which date you would like it tied to
    3. select which level of visibility you would like of your annotation
  6. Add your annotation

Visibility

There are two different levels of visibility you can apply to your annotation when creating it:
  1. Visible to sub-teams: Allows teams below in the organisational hierarchy to view the annotation made
  2. Hidden from sub-teams: Annotation is only visible on the direct teams' timeline

How to edit an Annotation

  1. Go into your Teams Results
  2. Click on the Timeline tab
  3. Select Annotations in the top right corner
  4. Click the three dots > Edit next to the annotation you want to edit
  5. Make your changes
  6. Click Save

How to delete an Annotation

  1. Go into your Teams Results
  2. Click on the Timeline tab
  3. Select Annotations in the top right corner
  4. Click the three dots > Delete next to the annotation you want to delete
  5. Click Confirm delete
