Using Huddle Annotations on the Timeline
Annotations let you mark significant events, milestones or notes on your team’s timeline. They provide context and insights to help your team understand historical trends and the rationale behind key actions. Examples include critical deadlines, major achievements, project kick offs or important changes.
Adding an Annotation
- Go to your teams Huddle Results > Timeline tab > Annotations (top right corner)
- Click + Add an annotation
- Enter the details:
- Annotation text
- Date to attach it to
- Visibility level (see below)
- Click Add
Here's what it looks like
Visibility Options
- Visible to sub-teams: Teams below in the hierarchy can see the annotation
- Hidden from sub-teams: Only visible on the direct team’s timeline
Editing an Annotation
- Go to your teams Huddle Results > Timeline tab > Annotations (top right corner)
- Click the edit icon
- Make the changes > Save
Deleting an Annotation
- Go to your teams Huddle Results > Timeline tab > Annotations (top right corner)
- Click the bin icon
- Confirm Delete
