Using the Huddle Timeline tab


The Timeline tab in Teamgage Huddle gives an overview of your teams progress. The output can be changed using the date range, metrics and other additional features as shown below. This is a very useful tool to create visualisations and perform analytics on your team's progress with certain metrics, average score and response rate.

How To View Your Team's Timeline

1. Log into the Teamgage Portal
2. Open your Teams's Results Dashboard
3. Choose the Timeline
4. Set the Date Range as required
5. Set the Unit (Date, Week or Month)
6. Select the Metric Set you want to look at
8. Select which Metrics you want shown on the Timeline
Hint: You can also PDF Print, Export results to Excel and filter by demographic.



Annotations

One of the key features in the Timeline tab is Annotations, they allow you to mark significant events, milestones and important notes. With Annotations you can provide context and insights at specific points, making it easier for your team to understand with historical context and the rationale behind key actions.

Understanding the Statistics Bar

The Statistics Bar in the Timeline provides a quick snapshot of key data points across your selected metric & date range. It displays the average, start, end, minimum, and maximum values, helping you easily track trends and changes over time. This overview supports more informed analysis at a glance without needing to review each data point individually.
