How to remove a user from Teamgage

You will need to have an Admin profile to access the Users section of Teamgage. If you can't see User speak to your Teamgage Admin or contact our Support Team ( support@teamgage.com).

How to completely remove a user from Teamgage
  1. In your Teamgage platform, click on  Users List in the left sidebar menu.
  2. In the search bar, locate the user you would like to remove.
  3. Click the down arrow next to  Edit
  4. Select the  Delete option in the drop-down menu.
  5. Click 'Confirm delete
Once a user is remove their profile is effectively deleted from your organisation's Teamgage account and is not considered an active license. That said, you can restore that user in the future by simply creating them as a new user. This will restore their any team results access they have, but will not add them back into their previous team(s), See How To Create a New User
