Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) For Your Organisation

Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) For Your Organisation

Teamgage supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to provide enhanced security for your account. When enabled, you’ll be required to log in using:
  1. Your password, and
  2. 6-digit verification code generated by an authenticator app or sent via SMS
Warning
If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA will be managed by your SSO provider, not Teamgage. This guide does not apply in that case.

MFA Setup Options

You can choose how broadly MFA is enforced across your organisation. Options include:
  1. Enforce for administrators only
  2. Enforce for administrators and managers
  3. Enforce for everyone

Set Up MFA By User Group

  1. Navigate to Advance > Global Settings in the side navigation
  2. Under Multi-Factor Authentication, select your preferred option from the dropdown:
    1. On for administrators only
    2. On for administrators and managers
    3. On for everyone
