Using Teamgage Conversations - how to start and respond
Teamgage Conversations allows Leaders to respond directly to feedback while preserving the anonymity and safety of every team member. It's a secure, private, and empowering way to show that your voice is being heard.
Starting a conversation
You can start a conversation with an anonymous submitter either by:
- Clicking the Conversation icon

OR - Checking the "Start conversation field" when hiding a comment, learn more about this approach in Hiding Inappropriate or Offensive Comments in Teamgage
As a leader or Teamgage Admin you may want to start a conversation to:
- Clarify feedback
- Ask for more detail
- Provide updates
- Or simply say thank you
How to start a conversation
In the comments section in Huddle if you find a comment you would like to respond to please follow these steps:
- Click on the Conversation icon
or the three dots and choose Message submitter
- Type your message in the field "Start conversation as"
- Click Send icon

How to reply to conversation as anonymous submitter
As an anonymous submitter you may receive a notification that a leader or admin in your organisation has started a conversation with you in response to your anonymous comment in Teamgage. If you would like to reply please follow these steps.
- Follow the link
- Type your message in the field "Reply as anonymous submitter"
- Click Send icon
