Using Teamgage Conversations - how to start and respond

Teamgage Conversations allows Leaders to respond directly to feedback while preserving the anonymity and safety of every team member. It's a secure, private, and empowering way to show that your voice is being heard. 

Starting a conversation

You can start a conversation with an anonymous submitter either by:
  1. Clicking the Conversation icon 
    OR
  2. Checking the "Start conversation field" when hiding a comment, learn more about this approach in Hiding Inappropriate or Offensive Comments in Teamgage
As a leader or Teamgage Admin you may want to start a conversation to:
  1. Clarify feedback
  2. Ask for more detail
  3. Provide updates
  4. Or simply say thank you

How to start a conversation 

In the comments section in Huddle if you find a comment you would like to respond to please follow these steps:
  1. Click on the Conversation icon  or the three dots and choose Message submitter
  2. Type your message in the field "Start conversation as"
  3. Click Send icon

Replying to a conversation

How to reply to conversation as anonymous submitter

As an anonymous submitter you may receive a notification that a leader or admin in your organisation has started a conversation with you in response to your anonymous comment in Teamgage. If you would like to reply please follow these steps.
  1. Follow the link
  2. Type your message in the field "Reply as anonymous submitter"
  3. Click Send icon

    - the conversation section in the portal
    - the link in your notificatio
    n
  2. Type your message in the field "Reply as"
  3. Click Send icon
