Teamgage does not provide traditional industry benchmarks or external comparison data. This is intentional and reflects how continuous feedback works most effectively.

Unlike standardised engagement surveys, Teamgage is designed to support continuous, strategically aligned feedback using your organisation’s own language, priorities and focus areas.

Because every organisation configures Teamgage differently. including custom metrics, terminology and team structures. external benchmarking would not provide a meaningful like-for-like comparison.

Internal Benchmarking in Teamgage

While Teamgage does not benchmark against other organisations, you can benchmark teams internally across your organisation.
