Give a Manager Access to Compare To Entire Organisation
You can allow Managers to compare their team’s scores to the organisation-wide average within the Huddle Results dashboard and Heatmaps. This helps Managers understand how their team is performing in the broader organisational context.
Access can be granted:
- To all managers
- To managers of specific teams
- To an individual manager
We recommend enabling this for all Managers so they have visibility into their team’s performance relative to the organisation.
How to Enable Access
Choose the method that best suits your organisation’s setup.
Option 1: All Managers (via Advanced Team Settings)
Use this option to grant access to every Manager in your organisation.
- Log into the Teamgage platform
- Select Advanced>Team Settings from the side navigation
- Under Global Manager Settings, enable Can access internal benchmarking
All current and future Managers will now be able to compare their team’s results to the overall organisation.
