Give a Manager Access to Compare To Entire Organisation
You must be a Teamgage Admin to make these changes and have compare their team(s) scores to your organisation enabled. Contact support@teamgage.com if you cannot make these changes.Your organisation may choose to give your leaders the ability to compare their team(s) scores to your organisation average from within Heatmaps and their Huddle dashboard for all Managers in your organisation, all Managers of a specific team or an individual Manager. Depending on how you would like to enable access we have different methods.
This will be turned on for all leaders on July 1, but if you would like an early preview or have any other questions, please contact support@teamgage.com.
We recommend giving all managers access to compare their team(s) scores to your organisation average from within Heatmaps (if applicable) and their Huddle dashboard.
Methods to enable comparison
- via Team Settings: When you would like all Managers in your organisation to have access to compare their team(s) scores to your organisation
- via Team Details: When you would like all Managers of a specific team to have access to compare their team(s) scores to your organisation
- via User's Profile: When you would like the individual Manager to have access to compare their team(s) scores to your organisation
How to enable comparison via Team Settings
- Go to Tools & Setup > Team Settings
- Toggle on All managers can compare results to top level teams - this saves the changes

Once a User has report access, use Edit Flags to make changes.
- Find the team in the Teams > Teams List
- Select Edit and then the Managers tab
- Select Edit Flags
- Check the "Can Compare to Top Level Team" option
- Select Update - this saves the changes

- Select Edit and then the Report Access tab
- Select Edit Flags
- Check the "Can Compare to Top Level Team" option
