Understanding the Huddle Shared Results Report

Understanding the Huddle Shared Results Report

The Huddle Shared Results Report provides visibility into which teams have shared their Huddle results, who shared them, and what information was included.
This report is useful for:
  1. Leaders - to review their previously shared results and manage access to shared results links
  2. Admins - to monitor how results are being shared across the organisation and ensure sharing settings align with your organisation's approach
From this page, you can review shared results activity, access existing shared results, update comment visibility or deactivate access when required.

How to Access the Shared Results Report

  1. Log into the Teamgage platform
  2. Select Huddle > Shared Results from the side navigation

Here's What It Looks Like

Understanding the Shared Results Table

The Shared Results table provides details about each time results have been shared, including:
  1. Date Shared - The date the Huddle results were shared
  2. Team - The team whose results were shared
  3. Shared By - The leader or admin who shared the results
  4. Message - The message included when sharing results with the team
  5. Comments - Shows whether comments were included or hidden when results were shared
  6. Result Range - The timeframe of Huddle results included in the share
  7. Comparison Range - The timeframe used for comparison results
  8. Active - Shows whether the shared results link is currently available to team members

Actions You Can Take

From the Shared Results page, you can manage existing shared results using the available actions.

View Share

Allows you to open the shared results exactly as team members see them. This is useful for reviewing what information was shared, including:
  1. Results displayed
  2. Messages included
  3. Comment visibility settings
Stops team members from accessing the shared results link. Use this when:
  1. Results were shared accidentally
  2. The information is no longer relevant
  3. You want to remove access to previously shared results
The shared results record will remain visible in the report for auditing purposes.

Share Comments

Allows comments to be added to an existing shared results link. Use this when comments were initially excluded but you later decide they should be visible.

Unshare Comments

Removes comments from an active shared results link while keeping the shared results available. Use this when you want team members to continue viewing results but no longer have access to comments.
Reactivates a previously deactivated shared results link. This allows team members to access the shared results again.

Sorting and Filtering Shared Results

The Shared Results report allows you to sort results to quickly find specific shares if required.
