Understanding User Communication History
The Communication History tab provides a record of notifications sent to a user through Teamgage.
This is one of the most useful troubleshooting tools available to Teamgage Administrators and is often the first place to check when a user reports they have not received a notification.
What Can I see in Communication History?
Communication History provides a record of:
- Notifications sent to the user
- The communication channel used (Email, Microsoft Teams, Slack or SMS)
- The team the notification related to
- When the notification was sent
This information can help confirm whether Teamgage successfully attempted to send a notification and which channel was used.
How to View Communication History
- Log into the Teamgage platform
- Go to Users from the left hand side navigation
- Search for the user
- Click Edit User
- Select the Communication History tab
