Using the Actions Report

Actions in Teamgage are a simple but powerful way to capture and track progress on ideas, improvements, and decisions that come from team feedback.
They turn insights into meaningful steps, helping your team stay focused on what matters most.

The Actions Report gives you visibility over all actions created across your organisation so you can monitor progress, identify trends, and keep momentum going.

How to Access the Actions Report

  1. Log into Teamgage
  2. Select Activity > Actions

Here's what it looks like


Advanced Filter Features

  1. Date: Set a custom date range to view actions created or completed within a specific period
  2. Status: Filter by Complete or Incomplete actions
  3. Teams: Choose one or more teams to view only their actions
    1. Include Subteams : Tick this box to include all subteams under a selected parent team, ideal for viewing actions across a whole region or department
  4. Metrics: Filter actions based on a specific metric
  5. Action Type: Choose to view actions created in either Huddle (Team) or Surveys
  6. Deleted : Decide whether to show only current actions, only deleted actions, or include all

    Idea
    Once you have set your filters you can also hit Export and extract the actions to excel for deeper analysis.
