Using the Huddle Actions Report

Analysis without action is wasted energy which is why tracking actions is so important to the continuous improvement process. Here's how to view and filter all the actions created via the Actions Report:

How to access the actions report

      1. Log into Teamgage
      2. Select Huddle > Actions
See the last page of the report to view the most recent actions set.

Here's what it looks like


Advanced Filter Features

  1. Date : Set the date range to see the actions created and completed for a certain period.
  2. Included Teams : Select which teams actions you would like to be shown in the report.
  3. Include Subteams : Check the box to include subteams, eg choose an overarching region for included teams and check the box for all sub teams of that region to be included.
  4. Metrics : Select which metrics' comments you would like included.
  5. Status : Only include comments which are Complete or Incomplete.
  6. Deleted : View current comments only, past comments only, or include all comments.

    Once you have set your filters you can also hit Export and extract the actions to excel for deeper analysis.
