The Actions View provides visibility over all Actions created across your organisation so managers and administrators can monitor progress, identify trends and maintain momentum.

- Log into the Teamgage platform
- Select Actions from the side navigation

What can you see in the Actions View
The Actions View provides a central place to review all Actions across your organisation and/or team, including:
- Action title
- Owner (assignee)
- Due date
- Status (complete or incomplete)
- Linked team and metric (if applicable)
You can refine the Actions View using filters to focus on specific teams, timeframes, or types of Actions.
- Date - Filter Actions created or completed within a selected date range.
- Status - Filter by; Completed or Incomplete
- Teams - Select one or more teams to view their Actions.
- Include subteams - Include all subteams under a selected parent team. Useful for viewing Actions across regions or departments.
Surveys - Filter Actions linked to a specific Survey.
- Metrics - Filter Actions linked to a specific metric.
- Action type - Filter by where the Action was created; Huddle or Surveys
- Deleted Actions - Choose whether to view: Active Actions only, Deleted Actions only or All Actions
You can export all or filtered actions to Excel for deeper analysis, which can be useful for reporting, trend analysis or sharing updates with stakeholders.
