Apply A Huddle Metric Set

A Huddle Metric Set determines the metrics your team members see when submitting Huddle feedback. If you have created a new Metric Set, updated your existing metrics, or have rotational metrics, you will need to apply the Metric Set to the relevant team within your organisational hierarchy.

How to Apply a Metric Set

  1. Log into the Teamgage platform
  2. Select Teams > Teams List from the side navigation
  3. Find the team where you want to update the Metric Set
    1. If your organisation uses a single Metric Set across all teams, update the setting at the Entire Organisation level
  4. Click Edit Team
  5. Locate the Submission Page Metric Set dropdown
  6. Select the Metric Set you want to apply
  7. Click Save

What Happens After Applying a Metric Set?

Once a Metric Set is applied:
  1. New Huddle submissions for that team will use the updated metrics
  2. Existing submissions remain linked to the Metric Set used at the time they were submitted
