Creating a Huddle Metric Set
After you’ve created your
metrics you'll need to add them to a Metric set. A Metric Set is the actual group of metrics your team will consider during their Teamgage Huddle submission. You can assigned a single metric set for all the whole organisation, for a set of teams, or you can have completely unique metrics per team.
How to create a metric set
- Log into Teamgage
- Select Tools & Setup>Metric Sets from the side navigation
- Click + New in the top left corner
- Create a unique name for this set of metrics (Eg. Entire Organisation Metrics - January 2023)
- Click Add Metric & choose from the dropdown (Check out Creating a Metric)
* Repeat this step until you have a complete set. We would usually suggest 5-7 metrics per set. - You can make changes to the Advanced Settings:
- Comment Placeholder Text (for Overall): Customise the General comment prompt on the submission page.
- Custom Thank You Message: Customise a thank you message from the leader of the division where the metric set is placed. This will be shown once a user has submitted.
- Save
- Click Preview to preview the submission page for your Metric Set
