Azure AD Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup Guide

Azure AD Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup Guide

The Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration for Teamgage allows your employees to log in seamlessly using Single Sign-On (SSO). With SSO, users can access Teamgage with one click, using their existing work credentials.

You can choose to enable:
  1. Single Sign-On (SSO) only
  2. Microsoft Teams integration only
  3. Or both features together
If your organisation does not use Azure AD, Teamgage also supports other SSO options.

Setup Process

Contact support@teamgage.com and request an Azure AD onboarding link. Please include:
  1. All email domain(s) used by your organisation (i.e. @acmetest.com & @acmetestau.com)
    1. Are unique to your organisation and not shared public domains
    2. Registered as Custom Domains within a single Azure AD Tenant
  2. A test account on your email domain that Teamgage can use for internal testing
  3. Whether you intend to set up SSO, MS Teams or both
You'll receive an email from Teamgage with a secure onboarding URL.

  1. Click Review and Accept Permissions
  2. You'll be redirected to the Azure AD consent page, if you have sufficient admin privileges, review the requested permissions and click Accept

  3. You’ll be redirected back to the Teamgage Azure AD onboarding screen
At this point, your Azure AZ setup is complete.

3. Confirm Setup

  1. Test logging into Teamgage with an account from your Azure AZ tenant
  2. Notify support@teamgage.com so our team can confirm the integration is working correctly
