Create a Heatmap for Specific Area or Demogaphic

How to create a new heatmap for a specific area or demographic

  1. Select Heatmaps > New from side navigation 
  2. Add a  Report Name (e.g. Sales Team) 
  3. Click the Result Metric Set box and select the applicable metric set (the metric set currently being used by the department)
  4. Click the Add team button under Team Structure 
    1. Under Team, select either the departments highest level report (e.g. Sales Team - see example below) or select each specific teams you want to benchmark
    2. Click Autopopulate Children box to automatically add all teams that sit underneath the team selected 
  5. Save
Once you've created your heatmap Admins can access this the report. You can also assign additional viewer access - see our guide
