How to Enable Sidekick

Sidekick is available across Teamgage to support thoughtful communication and feedback, including:
  1. Huddle - Summarises your results and highlights key themes to help guide productive team discussions
  2. Surveys - Identifies clear insights and patterns in your feedback to support deeper understanding and action
  3. Conversations – Assists Leaders by providing coaching and suggestions to ensure replies are thoughtful, clear, and constructive
To enable Sidekick for your organisation, simply email support@teamgage.com to confirm and acknowledge the information below.
Once enabled, your organisation’s Admins will be able to configure access and make Sidekick available to:
  1. All Managers
  2. Selected Managers
  3. Admins only (no further action required)
This gives your organisation flexibility to roll out Sidekick where it will have the most impact, while keeping full control over who can use it.
