Sidekick (AI analysis)
Sidekick is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature designed to support your leaders across Huddle, Surveys, and Conversations. It provides summaries, themes and suggested actions from feedback, as well as coaching guidance to help leaders respond effectively.
Sidekick can:
- Summarise your Teamgage feedback and provides you with clear themes and actionable insights in both Huddle & Surveys
- Assist your leaders to engage in an anonymous Conversation with a member of their team
How it works
In Huddle & Surveys
Sidekick will analyse your team's Huddle or Survey results and return a list of the most important topics, an overall summary and a list of suggested actions you can take to address the feedback given by your team and improve your results.
In Conversations
Sidekick will assist leaders by providing coaching and suggestions to ensure replies are thoughtful, clear, and constructive.
