A: Your analysis will be stored in the Sidekick menu for you to review at any time. You can also use the copy function to share the analysis of your results with your team to close the feedback loop.
Q: What happens when I run Sidekick analysis on a period of time I've already run it for?
A: If you are running sidekick for an interval of a period that has already been analysed by Sidekick it will not use any tokens.
Q: How can I view tokens?
A: There are two times where your tokens will be displayed, when a request will use 5% of your organisation's monthly allocation or once your organisation has used over 60% of their monthly allocation. Alternatively you can toggle on Show Tokens to view how many tokens are used in your analysis and how many your organisation has left.
Q: What does my analysis was unsuccessful mean?
A: If your analysis was unsuccessful you will not be charged any tokens and you can click Retry Analysis to restart the analysis.
