Give a Manager Access to Sidekick
Your organisation may choose to enable Sidekick for all Managers in your organisation, all Managers of a specific team or an individual Manager. Depending on how you would like to enable access we have different methods.
We recommend giving managers access to Sidekick to allow for faster analysis and interpretation of results. Sidekick also will suggest actions based on the feedback received.
Methods to enable access
- via Team Settings: When you would like all Managers in your organisation to have access to Sidekick
- via Team Details: When you would like all Managers of a specific team to have access to Sidekick
- via User's Profile: When you would like the individual Manager to have access to Sidekick
You must be a Teamgage Admin to make these changes and have Sidekick enabled. Contact
support@teamgage.com if you cannot make these changes.
How to enable Sidekick access via Team Settings
- Go to Tools & Setup > Team Settings
- Toggle on All managers can use Sidekick - this saves the changes

Once a User has report access, use Edit Flags to make changes.
- Find the team in the Teams > Teams List
- Select Edit and then the Managers tab
- Select Edit Flags
- Check the "Can use Sidekick" option
- Select Update - this saves the changes

- Find the user in the Users > List
- Select Edit and then the Report Access tab
- Select Edit Flags
- Check the "Can use Sidekick" option
- Select Update - this saves the changes
