Is Teamgage Anonymous?

When employees begin using Teamgage, one of the most common questions is
"Is Teamgage anonymous?”
Yes - Teamgage is anonymous

How Teamgage Protects Anonymity

  1. Leaders need at least 4 unique responses before team results are shown, smaller teams will have a locked dashboard
  2. Submissions from locked teams still roll up into higher-level reports (e.g. department or organisation-wide)
  3. Personally identifiable data is never shared with your organisation
  4. Teamgage is an independent third party, not part of your organisation
  5. All data is secured using enterprise-level encryption
These safeguards ensure that employees can share honest feedback without fear of being identified, helping teams and organisations focus on improvement.

Exception: Harm

There is one exception to anonymity: if a submission threatens or relates to personal safety or potential physical harm.
In such cases, Teamgage may:
  1. Attempt to trace the submission, and
  2. Provide details to a legitimate law enforcement agency and/or the user’s organisation
This is only done where it may help prevent harm or is required by law. Outside of this rare and specific scenario, your anonymity will always be preserved.
  1. Privacy mode when submitting
  2. Why is my team report locked?
