Organisation Wide Communication Settings
The Communications section found in the side navigation under Tools & Setup allows an organisation to select and set different communication channels for their Teamgage notifications.
You will need to have an Admin profile to access the Tools & Setup section of Teamgage. If you can't see Tools & Setup speak to your Teamgage Admin or contact our Support Team (support@teamgage.com). How to make organisation wide changes
- Select Tools & Setup > Communications in the side navigation.
- Click on the cog next to the Communication Channel
- Change the settings for:
- All Users in Bulk
- Default setting for new Users
- Click Save changes
The user counts will be blank while the communication setting changes are being processed. This may take substantial time for large organisations.

Communication Channel Modes
A Channel Mode is a setting on each user which controls how messages are sent to them for a particular channel. This mode can be one of three options:
- Off: Messages will never be sent to the user on this channel.
- On: Messages will always be sent to the user on this channel.
- Fallback: Messages will only be sent to the user on this channel if all channels marked as “On” failed to send.
How to turn on/off Communication Channel organisation wide
Toggle Switch
- When the toggle is on, messages can be sent via that Communication Channel.
- When the toggle is off, no messages will be sent via that Communication Channel.
- Email cannot be turned off.
