Once Sidekick has been enabled for your organisation, it becomes available across multiple areas of Teamgage to help leaders better understand feedback, communicate more effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
This article provides an overview of where Sidekick is available throughout the platform. Follow the links below to learn more about using Sidekick in each feature.
Sidekick in Huddle
Within Teamgage Huddle, Sidekick analyses employee comments to help leaders quickly understand the themes emerging from regular feedback.
Sidekick can help you:
- Summarise employee feedback
- Identify recurring themes
- Highlight focus areas
- Suggest potential actions
- Reference the comments used to generate the analysis
Sidekick in Surveys
Sidekick analyses survey responses to help leaders identify patterns across larger sets of employee feedback. It can assist by:
- Summarising survey comments
- Identifying trends
- Highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Suggesting actions for leaders to consider
Sidekick in Conversations
When replying to anonymous employee feedback, Sidekick provides coaching guidance to help leaders write thoughtful, constructive and supportive responses. Rather than creating replies automatically, Sidekick offers suggestions that leaders can adapt using their own judgement.
Understanding Token Usage
Every time Sidekick generates an analysis or suggestion, it uses AI tokens. Your organisation receives a monthly token allocation, with each request consuming a portion of those available tokens. Larger analyses typically consume more tokens than smaller requests.
If enabled, you can view token usage within the Sidekick panel while generating an analysis.
