Understanding Tokens

When using AI features like Sidekick in Teamgage, tokens are a way of measuring how much “work” the AI does to generate an analysis or insight. Think of tokens as the units of effort the AI spends to read, understand and respond to your request.
  1. Your organisation has a monthly token allocation
  2. Each AI request uses a portion of these tokens, the more detailed the request, the more tokens used
  3. Toggle Token Usage in Sidekick to see how many tokens a request consumes
