Sidekick is your built-in writing coach inside Teamgage Conversations. It helps Leaders craft thoughtful, effective replies to feedback. Powered by AI, Sidekick suggests ways to respond based on the content of the comment. Whether you're acknowledging an idea, offering guidance, or navigating a sensitive topic, Sidekick supports you with tailored suggestions and tone guidance.
Why Use Sidekick?
- Helps you get started when you're unsure how to reply
- Improves clarity and tone to keep messages constructive and supportive
- Adapts to the comment and provides suggestions based on context
How to Use Sidekick in Conversations
- Open the conversation thread
- Click on "Generate Suggestions" on the Sidekick panel on the right
- Sidekick will provide general guidance on the comment and a suggested response
- You can:
- Use the suggestion as-is
- Edit the message to suit your voice and intent
- If a reply has been received from the original submitter, you can continue to use Sidekick by clicking on "Generate Suggestions" again
