Using Sidekick in Huddle

Teamgage Sidekick is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature that analyses your Huddle feedback and provides clear themes, summaries and suggested actions based on your team’s responses.

How to launch Sidekick

  1. Navigate to your Team's Results Dashboard
  2. Click the Sidekick button in the top right corner of the dashboard
  3. Select which Metrics you would like analysed
  4. Click Analyse

Here's what it looks like


How It Works

Sidekick analyses your team’s Huddle results and generates:
  1. Key topics identified in your team’s feedback
  2. An overall summary of results
  3. Suggested actions to help address feedback and improve engagement
Below is an overview of each component included in your analysis.
  1. Topics - Topics are key phrases Sidekick identifies as important within the selected feedback period. Each topic is hyperlinked within the summary. Clicking a topic will take you to the related comment analysis so you can review the underlying feedback and validate the insights provided.
  1. Summary - Sidekick provides an overall summary of your team’s feedback, highlighting major themes and patterns. All feedback is linked back to the original comments which allows you to validate the analysis.
  2. Comment References - Sidekick includes in-text comment references throughout the summary. Hover over a reference to view the original comment used to support that insight. This helps you understand the context behind the analysis and verify its accuracy.
  3. Actions - Sidekick generates suggested actions to help you respond to your team’s feedback. Suggested actions may appear either as a dedicated list of actions, or embedded within the summary
    1. To add a suggested action to your action list, hover and click on the add icon .
  4. Tokens - Tokens measure how much processing Sidekick uses to generate your analysis and your organisation is allocated a set number of tokens each month. You can also enable Show tokens to view token usage for individual analyses.
  5. Copy Text - You can copy your analysis using the copy button in the top right corner . This allows you to share insights with your team and help close the feedback loop. 

FAQs

Q: Why can’t I run a new analysis?
A: If an analysis already exists for the same date range and metrics, the button will display View existing analysis instead of allowing you to create a new one.

Q: Can I save my analysis?
A: Yes. Your analysis is automatically saved in the Sidekick menu and can be reviewed at any time. You can also use the copy function to share the analysis externally.

Q: What happens if I run an analysis for a period that has already been analysed?
A: Sidekick will reuse the existing analysis and no additional tokens will be consumed.

Q: How can I view token usage?
A: Token usage is shown when:
  1. A request exceeds 5% of your monthly allocation
  2. Your organisation exceeds 60% of its monthly allocation
You can also enable Show tokens to view detailed token usage.

Q: What does "analysis unsuccessful" mean?
A: If an analysis is unsuccessful, no tokens will be used. You can click Retry Analysis to attempt the analysis again.

Q: How can I delete an analysis?
A: Click the three dots in the top right corner of the analysis and select delete. Please note that deleting an analysis does not refund any tokens used.
