Below is an overview of each component included in your analysis.
Q: Why can’t I run a new analysis?
A: If an analysis already exists for the same date range and metrics, the button will display View existing analysis instead of allowing you to create a new one.
Q: Can I save my analysis?
A: Yes. Your analysis is automatically saved in the Sidekick menu and can be reviewed at any time. You can also use the copy function to share the analysis externally.
Q: What happens if I run an analysis for a period that has already been analysed?
A: Sidekick will reuse the existing analysis and no additional tokens will be consumed.
Q: How can I view token usage?
A: Token usage is shown when:
- A request exceeds 5% of your monthly allocation
- Your organisation exceeds 60% of its monthly allocation
You can also enable Show tokens to view detailed token usage.
Q: What does "analysis unsuccessful" mean?
A: If an analysis is unsuccessful, no tokens will be used. You can click Retry Analysis to attempt the analysis again.
Q: How can I delete an analysis?
A: Click the three dots in the top right corner of the analysis and select delete. Please note that deleting an analysis does not refund any tokens used.
