View Huddle Notification Schedules


The Huddle notification system will send recurring automated prompts to team members and managers to encourage them to provide regular feedback and review results. In this article, we'll show you how to view your organisation's notification schedule in the platform.

You will need to have an Admin profile to access the Reminders section of Teamgage. If you can't see Tools & Setup, speak to your Teamgage Admin or contact our Support Team (support@teamgage.com

How To View Upcoming Reminder Schedules

  1. Log in to your Teamgage account
  2. Open Tools & Setup > Reminders from the side navigation
  3. Click on Date Range to select the time period (historical or upcoming) 
  4. Click OK

I can't see the Submission Reminder notification in the schedule?
The notification schedule only displays the recurring submission notification and Manager notification. Reminders aren't displayed here because these aren't sent to all users only those without a submission in the last 32 days (this is the default).

How can I edit the current Notification Schedule?
Please contact support@teamgage.com with changes that need to be made & our team will support you with this.
