Sending a Survey Reminder

Sometimes a reminder helps improve response rates. Once a survey has been sent, you can easily send reminders to people or teams who have not yet responded.

How to Send a Survey Reminder

  1. Go to Surveys > Manage from the left-hand navigation.
  2. Open the relevant survey by clicking Edit
  3. Click Share Survey
  4. Select the teams you want to remind (you can choose Entire Organisation or specific teams)
  5. Add a Subject and Message for the notification
  6. Click Send Now

How It Works

  1. Reminders are only sent to users who have not yet completed the survey
  2. Each user will receive a maximum of one survey notification every 24 hours
