Sending a Survey Reminder
Sometimes a reminder helps improve response rates. Once a survey has been sent, you can easily send reminders to people or teams who have not yet responded.
How to Send a Survey Reminder
- Go to Surveys > Manage from the left-hand navigation.
- Open the relevant survey by clicking Edit
- Click Share Survey
- Select the teams you want to remind (you can choose Entire Organisation or specific teams)
- Add a Subject and Message for the notification
- Click Send Now
How It Works
- Reminders are only sent to users who have not yet completed the survey
- Each user will receive a maximum of one survey notification every 24 hours
