Sending a Survey Reminder
Sometimes, we all need a little reminder. Once you've sent a Survey you can easily send out a reminder to those people and teams that may not yet responded to the survey.
Sending a reminder for your Survey
Log into Teamgage
Go into the Survey section in the left hand navigation
Open your Survey
- Tap the Share Survey button
- Choose the team(s) to remind. You can select Entire Organisation or specific teams.
- Add a Subject & Message for the notification
- Send Now
- Teamgage will not notify people that have already completed the survey. And a maximum of 1 Survey notification will be sent to each user every 24hrs
Head to the Recipients tab to view who the Survey has been sent to and when. This is a great place to double-check when you originally sent the Survey and when the last reminder was sent.
