Viewing Your Huddle Notification Schedule
The Huddle notification schedule allows you to view upcoming and historical notifications sent to team members and managers.
This can be useful when:
- Confirming future notification dates
- Checking when previous notifications were sent
- Validating your organisation's Huddle cadence
- Troubleshooting notification-related questions
How to View Your Notification Schedule
- Log in to Teamgage platform
- Navigate to Huddle > Schedules from the left-hand navigation menu
- Select the desired Date Range
- Click OK
The schedule will display all notifications that fall within the selected period.

What's Included in the Schedule?
The notification schedule displays both upcoming and historical notifications.
Upcoming Schedule
For future notifications, you'll be able to see:
- The date and time the notification is scheduled to be sent
- Which teams will receive the notification
Past Schedule
For notifications that have already been sent, you'll be able to see:
- The date and time the notification was sent
- Which teams received the notification
- The number of submission notifications sent to team members (including any welcome notifications)
- The number of manager notifications sent when results became available (including any welcome notifications)
By adjusting the Date Range, you can switch between viewing upcoming notifications and reviewing historical activity.
FAQs
Why can't I see submission reminders?
The notification schedule only displays recurring submission notifications and manager notifications.
Submission reminders are not shown because they are only sent to eligible team members rather than the entire audience.
