What Happens When You Share Results

When results are shared, users receive a real-time notification via email, Microsoft Teams or Slack depending on your organisation’s setup. They will see a snapshot of results at the time they were shared. This is a static view, it does not update as new submissions come in.
If users have not yet submitted feedback for the current cycle, they will also be prompted to complete a submission.

Key Things To Know

  1. Shared Results provide a point-in-time snapshot of data
  2. Users do not receive ongoing access to results
  3. Each shared link remains active for up to 180 days, unless manually deactivated
  4. You can re-share results at any time to provide an updated snapshot
