Understanding Member Changes On Your Huddle Dashboard

Understanding Member Changes On Your Huddle Dashboard

Teamgage lets you track the member changes in your team dashboard or via the Team Benchmark Report.

These numbers help you track the turnover rates and their impact on team results.

How to view team member changes in the team results dashboard

Team member changes are displayed as pat of the team results Dashboard Summary.

The number that you see is the comparison between the team as of the result date versus the team as of the result change date, e.g. in this case from a year ago.

Here's what it looks like

Between Today and the 1st of June, this team had 2 new members and 4 members leave the team and the organisation.

How to view team member changes in the Benchmark Report

For users who can access team benchmark reports, the team member changes can also be easily viewed and compared across multiple teams, areas and can even be filtered by demographic (based on the demographic tags being used by your organisation).

FAQs

Q: How are the In & Out metrics calculated?
A: The date/time of a user being added to both the system & a team are recorded as well as their removal date/time. These times are recorded if the user is added/deleted manually or via bulk data import. These times are then used to calculate the In & Out metrics.
