Adding a Demographic Tag to a User

Adding a Demographic Tag to a User

Demographic Tags are attributes added to a user’s profile in Teamgage that describe key characteristics such as gender, employment type, location, or tenure. Tags can be applied to a user at any time; either individually through the Teamgage portal or in bulk via a people data upload.

How To Add A Demographic Tag To A User

  1. Go to Users in the Teamgage portal
  2. Locate the user and click Edit next to their name
  3. On the Details tab, scroll to the Demographic Tags section
  4. Search for and select the appropriate tag from the drop-down*
  5. Click Save
*If you can’t see the tag you need, contact support@teamgage.com and we’ll work with your administrator to add it.

Here's What It Looks Like

Once Demographic Tags have been applied to a group of users (or an entire team), you can use them to filter Huddle Results and analyse feedback beyond team structure.
