I Can't Access My Team Results Dashboard?

If you're having problems accessing your Teamgage Results Dashboard, you can follow the below steps.

How to access your team results dashboard

  1. Follow the link in your Teamgage notification or simply log into Teamgage using this think.
    Tip: check your junk folder or your "other" (non-focused) inbox if you can’t locate your Teamgage notification. Mark mail@teamgage.com as a safe sender to prevent future emails from being filtered.
  2. Ensure you have been assigned access to team(s) results, that you are trying to log in using the primary email address assigned to you  or are you using your organisation's single sign-on credentials*
  3. If you have forgotten your password you can reset your Teamgage password.
  4. Email support@teamgage.com if you still have problems accessing results or creating a new secure password.

*Your internal Teamgage Administration team can confirm your primary email address and if team(s) results have been assigned to you. Alternatively, contact Teamgage Support (support@teamgage.com)
